a. Technical Issues: If the platform experiences a service outage or technical malfunction that prevents you from accessing and utilizing the algorithm trading services.
b. Billing Errors: If there are billing errors resulting in overcharges, duplicate charges, or other payment-related issues.
2. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, you must:
a. Contact our customer support team via email (contact-us@tfmtechnology.com) within 15 of the incident incase of technical issues. If it is a billing error, you can raise the issue upto a month from the date of incident.
b. Provide detailed information about the problem, including screenshots, error messages, and any other relevant details.
3. Investigation and Resolution
Upon receiving your refund request, our support team will investigate the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem promptly. Refunds will be processed if the issue is verified to be on our end.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
a. User Error: If the issue is a result of user error, misuse, or failure to follow platform guidelines.
b. Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want to use the platform without experiencing a technical issue, billing error or dissatisfaction with investment outcomes.
5. Refund Method
Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction. The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Currency
All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
